We kindly ask that you budget 60 seconds after you get out of the chair, use our hospital-grade wipes to sanitize the chair and touchpoints, gather your personal items, and exit the suite smoothly so the room is pristine for the next reservation. Please note that changing the mode on you chair mid-session resets the chair’s internal clock but the automated utilities will still deactivate strictly at your scheduled checkout time regardless of where the chair is in its cycle.

This will ring our virtual system instantly, allowing us to remotely buzz you through the front double doors so you can proceed upstairs to the suite.

All bookings are final sale. However, we understand plans change! You can easily change or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your start time through your original booking confirmation email. If you miss your window or do not show up, your session is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, as our automated system locks out the room exclusively for you.
